TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your registration
After receiving your complete registration, the invoice will be issued via email by IBBK Fachgruppe Biogas GmbH. Registration for an IBBK-event is legally binding. Each participant has to fill in his/her own registration form. You will receive the invoice by email, which is considered as confirmation.
Your payment
Depending on the order form, your payment has to be done via PayPal, Credit card or bank transfer to the specified bank account after receiving the invoice. Participants will be debited with incurred bank charges. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Full payment is mandatory for event attendance.
Cancellations
There is no option to cancel a conference registration – no matter whether it’s an in-person or online conference. In case of no-show (even in case of illness), the participation fee will not be reimbursed. It is possible to name an alternative participant up to 48 hours prior to the begin of the event.
If the organizer cancels the conference, the participation fee will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
For international biogas trainings, cancellations have to be in written form. Unless specified differently, cancellations until 4 weeks prior to the even will be charged the following handling fee:
- International Biogas Trainings (< 1,000€ participation fee) : 150€ + VAT
- International Biogas Trainings (> 1,000€ participation fee) : 250€ + VAT
Cancellations after that will be charged with the full participation fee. In case of cancellations, even in case of illness we gladly accept a substitute participant.
Registering as an early-bird rate excludes any refund claims.
If the event is cancelled
If the organiser cancels the event the full participation fee will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
Not included
For live events, the costs of travel and accommodation are not included in the participation fee. All participants are requested to organise and finance their costs themselves.
Privacy agreement
The requested personal data will be used to compile the participant list distributed to the conference attendees. No data will be disclosed to anyone outside the conference.
IBBK will take pictures, video and statements from the event and the participants to create marketing material. This material may be used on IBBKs communication channels like website, email, social media, or brochures.
All recorded data is only used for internal evaluation.
No Data will be sold to third parties.
IBBK will use reports and articles to document the event and promote future courses.
By attending the event you agree to this terms. If you would like to contradict these terms, please contact us directly.
Liability clause
The organiser cannot be held responsible for injury to participants or for damage to, or loss of their personal belongings, regardless of the cause.
We strongly advise you to make your own insurance agreements.
